Note: this document is a starting draft. Have a licensed attorney review and finalize it before publishing it on 1voice.us, and complete any placeholders.

2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:

Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including your account, feed, and interactive features.
Operate our free-speech-first moderation program: process reports and enforce the narrow rules described in Section 4 of the Terms.
Provide AI-powered features, and use inputs and outputs (in de-identified or aggregated form where feasible) to train, evaluate, and improve those features and fight misuse.
Personalize your experience, such as ranking content and remembering your settings.
Communicate with you, including account notices, security alerts, support responses, and - with your consent where required - updates about new features.
Protect the Services and users: detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, spam, abuse, illegal activity, and security incidents.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
Analyze usage in the aggregate to understand performance and develop new features.

We do not use your private messages or sensitive personal information for advertising purposes, and we do not sell your personal information.

3. Public Nature of the Services and How We Share Information
1voice is a social network. Information you post publicly - including your profile, posts, comments, likes, follows, and replies - is visible to other users and to the general public, including through search engines. Private and direct messages are visible only to the participants you choose, subject to the sharing below. Think carefully before posting anything you consider private.

We share information in the following limited ways:

With your direction: we share information as you instruct, such as when you make content public or connect the Services to third-party apps.
Service providers: we share information with vendors that provide hosting, infrastructure, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, and similar support, under contracts limiting their use of it.
Legal compliance and protection: we may preserve or disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of 1voice, our users, or the public - including in response to reports of CSAM or credible threats of violence, and to notify law enforcement where required.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as a business asset, subject to the promises in this Policy.
With consent: we will share information for any other purpose with your consent.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising. Aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you may be used or shared for any lawful purpose.
